4. Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Commercialization

Users and external entities are strictly prohibited from:

Reselling, bundling, or redistributing PDF files obtained from 9A Paper for commercial profit.
Placing downloadable examination files behind secondary paywalls, paid groups, or access gates.
Attempting automated scraping or denial-of-service attacks against 9A Paper repositories.
Modifying watermarks or falsely claiming copyright over official state examination papers.

5. Interactive MCQ Practice Engine & Credit Policy

Our interactive practice environment is provided to help students build confidence under timed conditions. Each new registered student account receives 10 Free Practice Credits upon sign-up. Optional credit top-up packages may be purchased to unlock extensive simulated papers.
